We will be happy to offer an exchange, refund or credit note for items (without fault) returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 7 days. If you return an item, we would ask if you would please ask for proof of postage from your post office.
We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
